RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS:
You can return goods for any reason within seven days from the day after receipt for a full refund. However the cost of the return must be paid by you and proof of delivery is required.
If you have placed an order with RichBags and payment has been received by us and you wish to cancel the order before goods have been dispatched you can do this by letting us know in writing, email to: customerservices@richbags.co.uk quoting your order reference number and we will issue a full refund.
In the unlikely event you receive damaged goods or we supply the incorrect items, these must be returned as soon as possible and the cost of standard recorded delivery postage charges will be refunded to you. We will supply the corrected items free of delivery charges, subject to stock availability or issue a full refund.
Only goods which are returned unused and in original condition including tags and packaging can be returned for a refund or exchange. Goods remain your responsibility until they are delivered to us; please ensure you package correctly to prevent any damages. We also suggest you use a postal service which insures you to the value of goods you are returning.
With any returned goods please include your order reference number or a copy of your Invoice.
With any faulty or incorrect items also include details of faults found or details of correct items ordered, along with order reference number or Invoice and a receipt for postage cost noted on parcel.

SHIPPING.
UK Mainland Standard Delivery £3.00 - 3-5 working days.
UK Mainland Next Working Day £6.00 - 1 day,orders received before 2pm guarenteed next working day. By 2pm Friday delivered Monday.
Scottish Islands and Islands £6.00 - 3-5 working days.
Orders recieved on Saturday Sunday or any UK Bank Holiday will be processed and dispatched the following working day for 'UK Next Working Day Delivery'
UK Standard Delivery, Off Shore Deliveries and those to Europe will be processed the day following reciept of order and dispatched by within 2 day following.
We currently use DHL delivery service, but from time to time it may be neccessary to use another courier. A signature is required upon reciept of your order, if no one is available to accept the delivery a further attempt will be made to deliver. If no one is available a card will be left giving you details of where you can collect from.
Should you wish us to send goods outside of the UK please contact us via 'Contact Us' stating what you wish to order and where it is to be delivered and we will quote you the cost.
