Delivery Details
All orders placed with RichBags Ltd. will be despatched using Interlink Express
for Next Day Delivery. This service usually guarantees delivery by 12 noon
the next working day following the day of despatch for orders placed by 3pm GMT.
Money Back Guarantee
All orders placed with RichBags UK Ltd. are covered
by a 30-day money back guarantee. If within 30 days of receipt you are not satisfied
with your order, your are entitled to a replacement [stock levels allowing], or
a full refund of the cost of the goods. All refund or replacement requests must
be made within 30 days
of receipt of the goods.
Returns
We do accept goods returned to RichBags UK Ltd., however only in the following circumstances.
We accept goods returned, for any reason, that have been un-opened and unused -
within 7 working days starting from: one day after receipt of goods. We cannot accept
goods back that have been used or opened. If you have received the wrong goods,
we will make sure that you receive the correct goods at no extra cost, and will
bear all costs for the return of the products. You the consumer have the right to
cancel your order within 7 days of placing your order [beginning the day after receipt
of the goods] without reason [cooling-off period], if the goods have been despatched
we will refund less the cost of shipping once the goods have been returned in good
order.
In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty please contact RichBags Ltd. in a 'reasonable
time' (proof is required of receipt of goods) and we will refund or replace the
goods. All returns should be made within 30 days following after the date of delivery
and be sent back to us by Recorded Delivery, or a Certified Delivery method requiring
our signature upon receipt of goods.
Payment
SPJ Ltd will take payment via on-line sales [incl. VAT @ 17.5%] using Credit Card,
cards accepted are: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, JCB and Solo. Credit verified
orders will be confirmed by email. Unverified orders will be notified by email.
We reserve the right to refuse any order. You may also contact us and place an order
via e-mail or telephone and make payment by Cheque.
Security
All transactions are cleared through PayPal using a secure socket layer. WorldPay
use Thawte 2048 bit encryption systems. At the browser 128 bit SSL is used. Credit
card details will only be requested within this secure area.
